About the role
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of Cognira’s platforms, including PromoAI.
- Validate and analyze forecast metrics across promotion hierarchies.
- Detect metric discrepancies, analyze mismatch propagation, and visualize trends via dashboards.
- Modernize the UI automation framework for scalability, configurability, and stability.
- Integrate with CI/CD pipelines, optimize execution speed, and migrate test assets.
- Build user-facing platforms and intelligent tools for employees and developers.
- Centralize HR functions such as performance tracking, engagement, and analytics.
- Analyze and improve the Codebase Dependency Analyzer Tool for visualizing component dependencies.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
- Excellent academics in Comp. Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Research, or a related field
