About the role

Analista Pleno de Suporte Jurídico supporting improvement projects in the educational sector. Collaborating with management to enhance productivity and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

Analyze opportunities within the area and develop, monitor, or direct improvement projects as needed;
Work with management to develop improvements in productivity and quality delivery;
Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders on area performance, clarifying variances and deviations and indicating actions to be taken;
Monitor company processes, evaluating impacts on operations and generating inputs for possible corrective actions;
Address operational impacts, feeding back to business areas to drive improvements;
Prepare presentations for management, when necessary, related to identified impacts and opportunities;
Ensure the implementation and operation of controls established by management;
When required, attend meetings with managers and internal company areas;
Interface with internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree completed in administrative fields or preferably in STEM/quantitative areas;
Knowledge of data collection and analysis;
Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis;
Experience creating and leading improvement projects;
Knowledge of performance management (KPIs/OKRs);
Intermediate Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills;
Sense of urgency to deliver results;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Agile, with strong prioritization and a sense of urgency;
Dynamic, organized, and able to handle changes within short deadlines;
Power BI;
Innovative mindset;
Experience with flowcharting and diagramming tools;
Knowledge of project and process management methodologies and tools;
White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt certification.
