About the role

• Analista Pleno de Suporte Jurídico supporting improvement projects in the educational sector. Collaborating with management to enhance productivity and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze opportunities within the area and develop, monitor, or direct improvement projects as needed;
• Work with management to develop improvements in productivity and quality delivery;
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders on area performance, clarifying variances and deviations and indicating actions to be taken;
• Monitor company processes, evaluating impacts on operations and generating inputs for possible corrective actions;
• Address operational impacts, feeding back to business areas to drive improvements;
• Prepare presentations for management, when necessary, related to identified impacts and opportunities;
• Ensure the implementation and operation of controls established by management;
• When required, attend meetings with managers and internal company areas;
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in administrative fields or preferably in STEM/quantitative areas;
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis;
• Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis;
• Experience creating and leading improvement projects;
• Knowledge of performance management (KPIs/OKRs);
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills;
• Sense of urgency to deliver results;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Agile, with strong prioritization and a sense of urgency;
• Dynamic, organized, and able to handle changes within short deadlines;
• Power BI;
• Innovative mindset;
• Experience with flowcharting and diagramming tools;
• Knowledge of project and process management methodologies and tools;
• White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt certification.
