Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software Development or similar.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading large embedded software development teams in complex R&D environments.
- Proven track record in developing managers and leaders.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder project portfolios with high technical complexity.
- Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps for embedded systems at scale.
- Experience in medical device development or other safety-critical applications (ideal).
- Strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
