About the role
- Coca-Cola FEMSA seeking Receivables Analyst to conduct payment analysis and customer follow-ups. Daily tasks include reporting, negotiations, and managing internal/external collections.
Responsibilities
- Will perform analyses of outstanding receivables and execute collection activities.
- Will analyze customer delinquency, assessing allowances/adjustments in Accounts Receivable.
- Conduct collection actions for both internal and external customers.
- Execute collection activities, as well as information analysis and management.
- Prepare management reports and delinquency indicators.
- Interface with other departments to analyze adjustments, flag outstanding issues and follow up on internal collections.
- Perform daily collection routines using Excel and an ERP system (SAP is a plus).
- Analyze and identify reasons for non-payment, such as contractual adjustments and product returns.
- Conduct negotiations with customers via e-mail, phone and meetings.
- Prepare payment compositions, perform analyses and financial reconciliations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience in customer collections (contact via e-mail, phone and messaging apps).
- Experience with payment reconciliations and product returns.
- Experience analyzing commercial adjustments/discounts.
- Experience with banking routines, issuing boletos (bank payment slips) and bank instructions.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and basic formulas).
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
