Responsibilities

• Implements the creation of end to end strategies leveraging sophisticated AI tools
• Works on cross-functional project teams to drive straightforward implementation of strategic execution mechanisms into core systems and processes
• Partners with business areas to create localized portfolio execution goals, strategies, and targets
• Creates a culture of accountability by providing needed information into CNA’s global portfolio management exercises and planning processes
• Leverages collaboration mechanisms available with technology and the data and analytics hub to ensure the use of the most cutting edge technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
• Typically a minimum of seven years of related work experience
• Knowledge of core functions of an insurance company and general insurance
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of how to convert data to action
• Understanding of relevant portions of the core commercial P&C underwriting process
• Project management, organization and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
