Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for new mortgage brokers in BC, ensuring a premium "CMLS experience" from day one.
Conduct regular calls and virtual meetings to educate brokers on CMLS products, programs, and underwriting guidelines.
Drive volume generation within your assigned book of brokers, identifying high-potential partners to grow their annual volume toward the $5M+ "graduation" threshold.
Monitor and manage "look-to-book" metrics, maintaining a target efficiency of 46% or higher.
Work closely with the BC external sales team and the underwriting department to resolve issues and streamline the broker journey.
Stay informed on the BC broker landscape and competitive activity to better position CMLS solutions.
Requirements
A college or university degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
Mortgage Broker/Agent License is required (or must be obtained within the first 6 months of hire).
Previous experience in the mortgage industry (underwriting, documentation, or brokerage side) is highly valued.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a "patient dedication" to customer service.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Residency in British Columbia is required (Hybrid in Vancouver preferred, but remote within BC is possible).
