- Regional Project Manager for Air & Ocean at CEVA Logistics managing strategic projects within the NORTAM region. Centralizing project governance and aligning operational efficiency goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic enabler that centralizes and standardizes project governance for Global Business Services within NORTAM Air and Ocean product.
- Ensuring all transformation initiatives, process enhancements, and technology rollouts align with organizational growth targets and operational efficiency goals.
- Support the Regional Ops Manager in defining and executing the strategic agenda for GBS Roadmap within the Region.
- Manage and oversee cross-functional strategic projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Optimize the Regional Ops Manager time by managing priorities, workflows and schedules.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings and engagements.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Regional Ops Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Drive effective communication and alignment across teams and business units.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Manage Regional process improvements with offshore teams.
- Govern offshore team process and engagement with US country teams.
- Strong relationships to NORTAM Country Heads, US District Managers, and NORTAM BPS team.
Requirements
- Business or engineering or Political Science school (Grande Ecole) - Preferable
- + 10/15 years previous experience in consulting and/or finance sector and/or logistics sector
- Fluent English
- Knowledge in Business Finance and Logistics
