About the role

  • Sales Support Professional assisting customers and managing quotation requests in logistics. Promoting CMA CGM products and collaborating with teams for efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in using digital pricing tools effectively
  • Manage quotation requests from both Outside and Inside Sales teams
  • Follow up with customers on sent quotations to ensure timely responses
  • Support Sales teams with a dedicated portfolio of customers
  • Promote CMA CGM Group products and services, including e-commerce, intermodal solutions, value-added services, and supply chain offerings
  • Collaborate with pricing teams to resolve disputes (Freight & DDSM claims)
  • Act as backup for Outside & Inside Sales when needed
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports for the Sales Support Supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, or related fields)
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, products, and market trends
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and account management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in pricing and portfolio management
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Advanced computer literacy and familiarity with IT applications
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (part of the interview will be conducted in English)
