- Het bijhouden en optimaliseren van Standard Operating Procedures
- Cross- en upselling en het identificeren van nieuwe groeimogelijkheden binnen bestaande accounts
- Het onderhouden en verdiepen van klantrelaties
- Het opstellen van commerciële plannen binnen de gestelde richtlijnen
- Analyseren en presenteren van prestaties, forecasts en financiële rapportages aan klant en management
- Initiëren en leiden van verbeterprojecten om onze service continu te optimaliseren
- Zorgen voor het behalen van klant-KPI’s en ingrijpen waar nodig
- Je ondersteunt de Senior Account Managers bij het opstellen van rapportages
Requirements
- HBO/MBO werk- en denkniveau met de juiste instelling
- Aantoonbare commerciële ervaring
- Ervaring met Airfreight is een pre
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal (woord en geschrift)
- Sterke people skills – jij weet hoe je relaties bouwt
- Ervaring met Microsoft Office, met name Excel
