Responsibilities
- Setting up and managing our DevOps tools: You'll design and build the CI/CD pipelines, getting all the automation and cool tools in place.

- Handling our cloud setup: You'll be in charge of our cloud resources, making sure everything's scalable, reliable, and secure without breaking the bank.
- Keeping an eye on things and fixing issues: Monitoring our systems, jumping in when things go wrong, and figuring out how to prevent them from happening again.
- Working closely with the development teams: Helping them write better code and make sure releases go off without a hitch.
- Making sure everything's secure: Implementing security best practices and keeping our systems protected.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest tech: Always learning new things and finding ways to improve our processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, successfully delivering complex, high-quality projects on schedule.
- Proven ability to thrive in roles requiring cross-functional communication and collaboration.
- Deep expertise in data structures, algorithms, modern design patterns, and data architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of distributed systems and the design of high-scale, high-availability services.
- Demonstrated success in delivering impactful, large-scale projects involving PII and banking information with a focus on security and compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for bringing clarity and insight to collaborative projects.
