About the role

  • Customer Service Advisor managing Delta Airlines client inquiries with excellence and empathy. Supporting clients in multiple languages and resolving ticketing issues with a professional approach.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Provide information to customers, sell flight tickets, and resolve issues
  • Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Provide high-quality multilingual service
  • Work closely with the team to share flight-related information

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Responsive and team-oriented
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Active listening, empathy, enthusiasm and resilience
  • Proficient with office software and basic computer tools
  • Proficient in French, German and English (minimum CEFR B2)
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
