Responsibilities
Lead a team of Solutions Engineers focused on high-impact customer engagements, supporting them in all pre-sales efforts including discovery, architecture, and product demonstrations
Collaborate with Field SEs to support pre-sales efforts including discovery, architecture, and product demonstrations.
Act as a technical coach and mentor, guiding team members in their growth and development.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to provide customer feedback, track feature needs, and ensure alignment with product direction.
Partner with regional sales leadership to align technical engagement strategy with revenue goals.
Help refine and scale internal processes related to knowledge sharing, enablement, and operational efficiency.
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance development of team members.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales leadership role, with at least 8 years in a customer-facing technical role.
Fluent English & French
Strong track record of managing or mentoring SEs or Solutions Architects.
Experience working in or with high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
Familiarity with pre-sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Solution Selling, or similar frameworks.
Ability to work across functions and influence without authority.
Hands-on experience in domains such as cybersecurity, networking, or cloud infrastructure is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
