About the role

  • Benefits Analyst managing administration and compliance for Americas Benefit Programs including renewals and employee communications. Overseeing disability programs and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall administration and compliance for all Americas Benefit Programs
  • Drive annual renewals in the Americas to ensure cost effective renewals
  • Serve as the primary liaison with benefit consultants, brokers, and plan providers
  • Research, analyze and recommend new benefit programs
  • Ensure compliance with governmental regulations related to benefit programs and labor law
  • Develop and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications
  • Oversee administration and compliance for short-term and long-term disability programs
  • Partner with HRIT to ensure leave types and time-off programs are accurately configured
  • Lead the strategic vision, analysis, communication, and administration of employee benefit programs
  • Conduct budgeting and financial analysis of benefits programs

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration
  • Minimum 4+ years of direct 401(k) and compliance administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, financial analysis, reporting)
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Deep understanding of government regulations impacting benefit programs (ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA)
