About the role

  • Financial Controller overseeing financial planning and analysis to safeguard the company's financial health. Main point of contact for tax consultants and banks, managing key financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company's financial health by overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities
  • Track, report, and analyze budget variances
  • Reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure they are accurate
  • Prepare month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Forecast future financial performance
  • Main point of contact with tax consultants for tax optimization and to ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Coordinate the relationship with the bank regarding the financing process of the company
  • Cash flow management
  • Act as a support for other departments
  • Take care of other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar position
  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude and capable of taking ownership of the processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proactively identify problems, anticipate obstacles, and push things forward
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good level of English
