  • Field Recruiter managing high-volume recruiting for Renuity's field operations. Partnering with leadership to understand staffing needs and enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and regional leadership to understand staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipelines.
  • Gather and synthesize interview feedback.
  • Deliver a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS and HRIS systems required.
