  • Senior Compliance Analyst managing compliance automation and programs at Clio. Collaborating with stakeholders for compliance initiatives in the UK/IE region.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing Clio’s control automation initiatives
  • Ongoing auditing and reporting on Clio’s compliance program state
  • Working with cross-functional technology and business stakeholders
  • Create metrics and track program effectiveness and efficiency
  • Lead discussion and strategize effective adoption of changes
  • Maintenance, support, and reporting on the Risk Management program
  • Collaborating with technology and business stakeholders
  • Leading internal compliance assessments and coordinating external audits
  • Weigh in on vendor risk management process

Requirements

  • Experience in designing and implementing compliance programs
  • Worked through audits and conducted audits
  • Ability to generate metrics on compliance program status
  • Strong focus on optimization through consolidation and automating assessments
  • Understanding of compliance requirements
