Responsibilities
Financial accounting: Ensuring ongoing postings, account maintenance and reconciliations ๐
Accounts receivable and payable management: Responsible for invoicing, invoice verification and dunning/collections ๐จ
Expense and credit card reconciliations: Efficient processing and control ๐ณ
Payment transactions: Preparation and approval of payment runs and their posting ๐ฆ
Taxes: Support with VAT reporting and tax filings ๐ป
Year-end closing: Active assistance in preparation, documentation and reporting ๐๏ธ
Controlling: Supporting budget and cost-center monitoring ๐
Budget process: Contributing by providing data and forecast inputs ๐ก
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration (or equivalent experience)
Solid professional experience in financial accounting, accounts receivable/payable, expense and credit card management
Good knowledge of VAT and tax procedures in Switzerland
Experience supporting year-end closing and budget processes
Confident user of MS Excel/Office; experience with Abacus is an advantage
Independent, structured working style and a strong affinity for numbers
