Requirements
- 8–12+ years building complex backend platforms, including microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
- Strong proficiency in API design (REST/gRPC)

- Extensive data modeling experience with a focus on audit-friendly design and data integrity
- Hands-on coding mastery in a production language (e.g., Java/Kotlin, Go, Python, C#)
- Proven ownership of critical reliability features
- Strong knowledge of security fundamentals
- Experience with performance engineering techniques
- Deep experience building and operating backend services in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with container orchestration and AWS Machine Learning services
- Experience designing and implementing multi-tenant systems
- Able to lead small teams and set technical standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other advanced technical degree preferred.
