About the role

  • Recruiting leader for Clay driving global hiring initiatives across Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams. Establishing systems and processes for high-volume GTM recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive global recruiting efforts across Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators
  • Lead high-volume recruiting strategy for GTM roles at all levels
  • Establish and track recruiting metrics to meet goals and define recruiting function
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic aspects of recruiting
  • Ensure a delightful candidate experience

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in recruiting
  • 3+ years of experience as a people manager
  • Ideally, experience at high-growth, SaaS startups focused on sales and GTM recruiting
  • Experience using data to drive recruiting strategy
  • Effective communicator in both written and spoken contexts
  • Excellent interviewer, with an eye for talent that thrives in fast-paced startups
  • Prioritize candidate experience and have shaped that in previous roles
  • Located in NYC and excited about an in-person office environment (4-5 days per week)
