Collaborate with leadership on strategic aspects of recruiting

Requirements
6+ years of experience in recruiting
3+ years of experience as a people manager
Ideally, experience at high-growth, SaaS startups focused on sales and GTM recruiting
Experience using data to drive recruiting strategy
Effective communicator in both written and spoken contexts
Excellent interviewer, with an eye for talent that thrives in fast-paced startups
Prioritize candidate experience and have shaped that in previous roles
Located in NYC and excited about an in-person office environment (4-5 days per week)
