About the role

  • Working Student assisting with bilingual content and social media activities for an international healthcare company. Creating content, engaging with communities, and supporting team efforts in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting and adapting content such as short blog snippets, website copy, social media captions, and brief newsletter sections.
  • Support the team by preparing post drafts, helping to schedule content, and monitoring comments and community activity.
  • Assist with reviewing texts for clarity, basic accuracy, and readability.
  • Help the team with small research tasks, organizing information, updating spreadsheets, and other administrative work to support campaign preparation.
  • If you have an interest or background in health or medical topics, support simple checks or preparation of scientifically oriented content.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Current enrollment at a university in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine), or a related discipline.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with an interest in online marketing and digital storytelling.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confidence in organizing and presenting information.
  • A proactive and structured approach, with a preference for keeping tasks organized and meeting deadlines.
  • A collaborative, team-player attitude with creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail.
