Responsibilities
- Bearbeitung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen – von der Erfassung über die Buchung bis zur Nachverfolgung.
- Erstellung von Kostenstellenberichten sowie Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
- Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Kostenfreigaben und Workflows über Candis.
- Mitwirkung bei Abgleichen und Sicherstellung genauer und aktuellen Finanzunterlagen.
- Kommunikation mit Kolleg:innen und Lieferant:innen zur Klärung von Rechnungs- oder Zahlungsdetails.
- Übernahme allgemeiner Finanz- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten zur Unterstützung des gesamten Teams.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Buchhaltung/Rechnungswesen.
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Finanzverwaltung, Rechnungsbearbeitung oder einer ähnlichen unterstützenden Rolle.
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Erfahrung mit Candis ist von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Eine strukturierte, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
- Freude an Organisation, Teamarbeit und daran, eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für andere zu sein.
