Junior Designer contributing to Clara’s visual identity and supporting visual execution across Latin America. Creating graphical content and collaborating with senior team members in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Work closely with our creative team to support the visual execution of our brand across all digital and print touchpoints, ensuring consistency as we scale across Latin America
Create high-quality social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials that align with Clara's premium brand guidelines
Support the design of editorial content, including reports, white papers, and digital campaigns, to drive engagement and brand awareness
Assist in maintaining and organizing design files within Figma, contributing to the evolution of our design system
Prepare and optimize assets for digital distribution and print, ensuring technical precision and high-quality output
Collaborate with senior designers and copywriters to bring creative briefs to life, participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing fresh ideas
Maintain organized asset libraries and documentation within Google Drive to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
Recently graduated or completing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
A strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout, and composition) across digital and print formats
Proficiency in Figma and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Working proficiency in English and Portuguese
Experience or interest in AI tools to automate design workflows or enhance creative output
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of adaptability to fast-changing environments
Proven ability to execute design tasks with high attention to detail and a willingness to iterate based on feedback
