About the role

  • Senior Workday HCM Analyst focusing on compensation and engagement at CLA, a top 10 national professional services firm with a global reach.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday’s Compensation module, including core compensation, merit and promotion processes, one-time payments and variable pay.
  • Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday and additional platforms to support employee engagement, including new hire surveys, exit surveys, annual engagement surveys and pulse surveys.
  • Continuous evaluation and optimization of Workday to support CLA’s employment practices and compliance teams.
  • Work closely with People Solutions (HR), IT, and business leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Generate and analyze reports, related to compensation, engagement and employment practices, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of HCM features.
  • Ensure that all processes align with industry best practices and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • As needed, provide support in other functional areas, such as Absence, Benefits, Help, Talent Acquisition or Talent Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (combination of education, training, and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HCM, preferably with a strong focus on Workday compensation and/or employee engagement modules, including implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
