Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic expansion of your region—identifying high‑value markets, elevating advisor talent, and strengthening client relationships.
- Shape the next generation of wealth leaders by coaching advisors to ensure they are driving net new AUM.
- Review advisor books of businesses for quality and resource management.
- Recommend advisor compensation given their results and quality elements.
- Expand capacity through strategic hiring and talent development.
- Build a performance culture rooted in accountability.
- Serve as the bridge between local market insights and national Wealth strategy.
Requirements
- 10 years of relevant financial services or wealth advisory experience required
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or supervising financial professionals.
- Strong background in financial planning, investment management, and client advisory.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 24, and 65 licenses required (or equivalent registrations)
- Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation preferred
