About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for key Finance Roles.
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives, workforce planning, and talent needs.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse talent pool and promoting an inclusive hiring process.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Experience hiring in Finance.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
