About the role

• Post Implementation Validation & Production Monitoring Manager ensuring credit risk platforms operate effectively and meet compliance. Leading validation efforts and managing production monitoring for customer-facing systems in India.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the validation of all customer-facing credit risk platforms post-deployment
• Lead the development and execution of post-implementation validation frameworks
• Partner with risk management, IT, and operations teams
• Establish and manage a robust framework for ongoing production monitoring of credit risk platforms
• Implement real-time and batch monitoring processes
• Ensure all customer-facing credit risk platforms perform reliably in production
• Lead and support initiatives to continuously improve platform stability
• Ensure all post-implementation validation and production monitoring activities meet regulatory and compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation and audit trails that demonstrate compliance
• Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and regulatory bodies
• Lead efforts to enhance the governance and control frameworks for credit risk platforms
• Lead a high-performing team responsible for post-implementation validation and production monitoring
• Work with technology teams to design and implement advanced monitoring tools

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in risk management, technology operations, or production monitoring
• Strong focus on credit risk platforms, model validation, and system performance
• Proven track record of leading post-implementation validation and production monitoring efforts for complex customer-facing systems in financial services
• Experience in managing operational risk for technology platforms
• Deep understanding of credit risk management, technology platforms, and operational risk controls
• Expertise in monitoring system performance and driving resolutions that prevent operational disruptions
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit risk, data management, and customer-facing platforms
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
• Advanced degrees (MBA, MS) and certifications in technology operations, risk management, or project management are preferred
• Familiarity with modern monitoring tools, risk management frameworks, and production systems used to assess technology performance in real-time (SAS/ Tableau/ AI)
• Experience in SAS, SAS/Stat, SQL is a must.
• Any Certifications are an advantage.
• Experience working with Digital, Data mining tools and technology is an advantage.
