Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0+ years of experience in a related job discipline, with a willingness to learn and grow in a technical support environment.
- Previous experience in a technical role a plus (e.g. IT Support, Systems Administration)
- Experience with enterprise level storage systems.
- Dell Powerscale, Powermax, Powerstore, and SanNav a plus.
- Willingness to troubleshoot and learn how to investigate technical issues.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Basic Windows and Linux server administration experience.
