Develop and execute marketing strategies for CIC’s innovation ecosystem projects, including new market entries and consulting engagements.
Build integrated campaigns combining digital and offline advertising, email marketing, social media, PR, events, and grassroots outreach.
Partner with project leads to shape messaging, positioning, and storytelling for diverse audiences.
Produce and oversee the creation of marketing materials - web content, landing pages, case studies, decks, videos, and collateral — tailored to each initiative.
Lead event marketing efforts, from thought leadership panels to large-scale launches, ensuring strong attendance and high-quality brand experience.
Manage vendor relationships, including design, PR, and media agencies.
Track and report on marketing performance, optimizing tactics based on data and feedback.
Support PR and media relations, including identifying speaking opportunities, coordinating interviews, and drafting press releases.
Serve as a bridge between CIC’s marketing, sales, and innovation ecosystem teams, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to consulting, innovation, or ecosystem-building sectors
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and events.
Project Management skills and experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Notion, etc.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with experience crafting content for diverse audiences.
Experience working closely with senior leaders and high-level stakeholders.
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing marketing tools (HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.), with the ability to independently create and update landing pages and web content.
Comfort operating in a “player/coach” mode — rolling up your sleeves while guiding others.
English proficiency at a native or C2 level.
Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) for marketing applications such as content creation, campaign optimization, and creative asset development.
Bonus: experience marketing professional services, international programs, or government/corporate partnerships.
