About the role
- Marketing Leader driving awareness and engagement for CIC's Innovation Ecosystem Services and Expansion initiatives across various projects. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for CIC’s innovation ecosystem projects, including new market entries and consulting engagements.
- Build integrated campaigns combining digital and offline advertising, email marketing, social media, PR, events, and grassroots outreach.
- Partner with project leads to shape messaging, positioning, and storytelling for diverse audiences.
- Produce and oversee the creation of marketing materials - web content, landing pages, case studies, decks, videos, and collateral — tailored to each initiative.
- Lead event marketing efforts, from thought leadership panels to large-scale launches, ensuring strong attendance and high-quality brand experience.
- Manage vendor relationships, including design, PR, and media agencies.
- Track and report on marketing performance, optimizing tactics based on data and feedback.
- Support PR and media relations, including identifying speaking opportunities, coordinating interviews, and drafting press releases.
- Serve as a bridge between CIC’s marketing, sales, and innovation ecosystem teams, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to consulting, innovation, or ecosystem-building sectors
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and events.
- Project Management skills and experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Notion, etc.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with experience crafting content for diverse audiences.
- Experience working closely with senior leaders and high-level stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing marketing tools (HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.), with the ability to independently create and update landing pages and web content.
- Comfort operating in a “player/coach” mode — rolling up your sleeves while guiding others.
- English proficiency at a native or C2 level.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) for marketing applications such as content creation, campaign optimization, and creative asset development.
- Bonus: experience marketing professional services, international programs, or government/corporate partnerships.
- Ability to legally work in Poland. CIC is unable to sponsor visas for this role at this time.
