Responsibilities
Manage daily activities and coordinate resources as the primary point of contact for CPIC administrative matters.
Work closely with the Managing Director to develop tailored procedures and oversee headcount and resource allocation.
Provide leadership and oversight to the Associate-level employees supporting Investment Counsellors.
Ensure effective consultation and service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
Experience in the brokerage industry
Strong organizational, administrative, and decision-making skills
Understanding of Private Wealth Management strategies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to work independently and adapt flexibly in a dynamic environment
Proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
