Provide leadership and oversight to the Associate-level employees supporting Investment Counsellors.
Ensure effective consultation and service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
Experience in the brokerage industry
Strong organizational, administrative, and decision-making skills
Understanding of Private Wealth Management strategies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to work independently and adapt flexibly in a dynamic environment
Proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
