About the role
- CI&T seeks a Senior Quality Assurance professional to develop test automation for financial clients. Engage in full software development lifecycle within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support a financial services client together with CI&T;
- Perform code quality testing;
- Develop test automation;
- Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including refinement, development, testing, and deployment;
- Collaborate with the team to propose and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements;
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices;
- Work collaboratively with team members and clients, fostering a productive and harmonious environment;
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members, facilitating information exchange and alignment of objectives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Java and Rest Assured for test automation development;
- Interest in learning about generative AI and using it as an accelerator for testing activities;
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework;
- Familiarity with pipelines and CI/CD tools such as GitLab;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products;
- Understanding of agile concepts (SCRUM, KANBAN), including dailies, sprints, and reviews.
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of generative AI;
- Experience with Jira and Octane;
- Experience with Azure Cloud.
