- Analyze and prioritize customer requirements, translating them into epics and user stories, respecting the Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD) and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure understanding and correct implementation of requirements.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories based on value, risk and customer needs.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review and retrospective to ensure continuous delivery of value.
- Conduct user testing to validate developed features, ensuring the quality of the final product.
- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders, sharing relevant product information and updates.
- Monitor product performance in the market, collect customer feedback and drive iterative improvements based on insights.
- Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs and product management best practices.
- Collaborate with design teams to understand and explore user needs, and with development teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements.
