Responsibilities
- Lead the experience of data-heavy products, including operational dashboards, analytics tools, and B2O operational intelligence solutions.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or UX Research within digital product environments.
- Proven experience designing data-driven products, such as dashboards, analytics platforms, or decision-support systems.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI UX, including dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics workflows.
- Solid expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX research, with strong synthesis and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with using AI tools to support research, data analysis, and insight generation.
- Good understanding of AI-enabled decision systems, such as predictive insights and anomaly detection.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, and design critiques with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product development processes, ideally within agile environments.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing product decisions.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach, design thinking, and measurable impact on user experience and business outcomes.
