About the role
- CI&T seeks a Sr. Communication Designer to create impactful visual materials for C-level leadership. Focus on strategic storytelling and visual clarity in partnership with business areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of strategic materials and executive presentations, ensuring clarity, visual impact, and alignment with the context of C-level audiences.
- Act as a strategic partner to business areas, understanding objectives, challenges and context to transform complex information into effective, action-oriented visual narratives.
- Safeguard branding and the consistency of the visual identity, ensuring all materials — digital or print — reflect the brand’s personality, using accessible, inclusive language aligned with corporate strategy.
- Develop and apply strategic storytelling, connecting data, insights and key messages into coherent, persuasive narrative flows.
- Work on branding, corporate communication and presentation design projects, ensuring quality, consistency and aesthetic excellence across all deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to evolve communication, proposing continuous improvements to processes, language, formats and visual approaches.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Solid experience creating strategic materials and presentations for senior and executive leadership.
- Strong expertise in design applied to storytelling and business communication.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, objective and persuasive visual narratives.
- Experience maintaining and evolving visual identity guidelines.
- High attention to detail, aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Clear communicator with a consultative approach and the ability to interpret strategic briefs.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work, especially presentations, campaigns and corporate materials.
- Intermediate English required, with the ability to create and review materials for international and executive audiences.
