Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions on the Pega platform following architecture and BPM best practices.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of architecture practices and align technical decisions with the client.
- Understand the Value Stream roadmap and anticipate technical enablers.
- Govern continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), ensuring incremental and agile development.
- Perform performance analyses and optimize Pega applications.
- Participate in code reviews, integration testing, and define inter-system communication standards.
- Manage technical risks, communicate impediments, and orchestrate trade-offs in product evolution.
- Maintain technical relationships with stakeholders, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met.
- Stay up to date with new features and releases of the Pega platform.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Pega System Architect; Pega certifications (CPDC, CSSA, or equivalent).
- Strong command of BPM, agile methodologies, and API-based integration.
- Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, EJB, Spring Framework) and DevOps environments (Git/SCM, CI/CD).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience with object-oriented (OO) and procedural paradigms.
- Excellent communication, influence, and team mobilization skills.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively and efficiently.
- Experience with Pega CRM and Genesys Cloud is a plus.
- Experience leading architects and upskilling technical teams is a plus.
- Prior experience creating and managing technical roadmaps with dependencies is a plus.
