About the role

  • Learning Analyst supporting programs and initiatives for educational tools at CI&T. Collaborating with teams to enhance learning solutions and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and evolution of learning programs, internship programs, etc.
  • Collaborate with the team to map and optimize learning initiatives and strategies, identify improvement opportunities, and align team needs with business objectives.
  • Develop and refine systems and processes to effectively support the business.
  • Work with development teams to map needs and prioritize the implementation of opportunities through value engineering.
  • Lead the communication strategy for learning products to employees.

Requirements

  • Experience with learning initiatives and corporate training, etc.
  • Experience in project management;
  • Advanced English, both written and verbal.
