About the role
- Architecture Manager leading the design of innovative AI solutions for CI&T. Focused on creating scalable and secure generative AI architectures for diverse use cases.
Responsibilities
- Multi-agent architecture: Design and implement systems composed of multiple autonomous agents that interact to perform complex customer service tasks, including interactions between an Orchestrator and Specialized Agents.
- Advanced RAG: Architect and develop interactive Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, integrating vector databases and embedding models for dynamic contexts on web and WhatsApp.
- Integration and protocols: Define communication protocols and standardized interfaces for API consumption, ensuring efficiency and collaboration between agents and external systems.
- Leadership and strategy: Contribute to defining the long-term AI strategic roadmap and advocate technical solutions to the executive team, focusing on performance and scalability.
- Continuous optimization: Monitor and optimize model performance through telemetry and feedback, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and centered on the end-user experience.
- Trusted advisor: Serve as the technical focal point, championing technology strategies.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks related to AI hallucinations, token costs, and information security, acting as the escalation point for stakeholders.
- Team building: Design, structure, and hire high-performance teams. Act as a mentor for architects and engineers, mapping technical succession plans.
- Technical consistency: Ensure AI architecture standards are consistent across all channels (web, WhatsApp, Contact Center).
Requirements
- Strong experience in backend/software engineering (Node/Python) with applied work specifically on AI agents.
- Solid knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph and/or Semantic Kernel, with a focus on workflows for complex contexts.
- Proficiency in Python and web frameworks (Django, Flask or FastAPI).
- Deep understanding of multi-agent design principles, prompt chaining, and customer service automation.
- Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).
- Previous experience in architecture leadership roles, with proven ability in technical negotiation and stakeholder management.
