About the role

  • Analista de Planejamento Pleno ensuring sales and operations planning aligns in São Paulo. Collaborating across teams to manage supply chain and logistics effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure execution of the short-term Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) plan, ensuring alignment between the order book, inventories, production capacity and logistics resources
  • Act as the link between Production Planning (PCP), Logistics, Customer Service and Supply Management, supporting daily operational decision-making based on reliable, up-to-date data
  • Monitor the order book daily (new orders, changes, cancellations), ensuring adherence to operational rules, defined priorities and agreed service levels
  • Track execution of the production and shipment plan over the short-term horizon (day/week), adjusting priorities together with Production Planning and Logistics
  • Consolidate inventory information by plant and region, identifying immediate risks of stockouts or excess inventory and proposing actions (rescheduling, transfers, advancing/postponing production)
  • Prepare and update operational dashboards and reports used in S&OE routines: manage order book information by status, region and product; service level (OTIF, fill rate); inventory coverage and turnover; short-term plan vs. actual adherence (shipments)
  • Actively participate in S&OE meetings (daily/weekly), presenting operational status, variances and re-planning proposals within the guidelines defined in the S&OP stage
  • Handle short-term operational exceptions: management-defined prioritizations; impact of plant stoppages and logistical constraints; immediate re-planning of production or loading
  • Ensure integrity and currency of order, inventory and production data in systems (ERP, spreadsheets and BI), preventing discrepancies between areas
  • Record and consolidate deviations between plan and execution (delays, cancellations, unmet demand), creating a history for use in process improvement analyses and as input to forecasting teams
  • Support planning management in standardizing S&OE reports and routines, contributing to process stabilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Agribusiness or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational planning roles such as short-term demand planning, production, inventory planning or S&OE, preferably in the fertilizer industry or agribusiness
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle or similar)
  • Advanced Excel
  • Power BI for building operational dashboards for order book, inventory and service levels (preferred)
  • Experience with order book control, order lead times and operational windows
  • Monitoring execution KPIs: OTIF, fill rate, backlog, order ageing, inventory coverage
  • Knowledge of the fertilizer/agri supply chain (preferred)
  • Familiarity with fertilizer blending, storage and shipping processes
  • Understanding of critical crop season windows and their impact on operational prioritization
