Requirements
Completed degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Communications or a related field
Several years of practical experience supporting change projects and leading subprojects or project work
Solid knowledge of change management and methods, as well as agile and traditional project management
Experience analyzing change metrics
Strong organizational skills and experience planning and running internal events
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Independent and responsible working style
Analytical thinking and a high standard of quality
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Confident and efficient use of MS Office
