About the role

  • Change Manager responsible for managing change processes in a leading media company. Facilitating internal communication and workshops for cultural development and project implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for change management and for shaping the change process
  • Supporting projects from planning through implementation
  • Conducting stakeholder analyses and evaluating feedback
  • Creating content for digital channels, announcements and presentations
  • Designing, facilitating and coordinating workshops and training sessions
  • Promoting a positive corporate culture and actively supporting internal events
  • Maintaining documentation and preparing status reports

Requirements

  • Completed degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Communications or a related field
  • Several years of practical experience supporting change projects and leading subprojects or project work
  • Solid knowledge of change management and methods, as well as agile and traditional project management
  • Experience analyzing change metrics
  • Strong organizational skills and experience planning and running internal events
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Analytical thinking and a high standard of quality
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Confident and efficient use of MS Office
