Responsibilities

Requirements

- Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Frameworks und Prinzipien (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking)
- Erfahrung im Coaching von Teams, Agilen Coaches und Organisationseinheiten
- Sehr gute Moderations-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Empathie, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Veränderungskompetenz
- Zertifizierungen wie ICAgile Certified Professional, Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). OKR Process Owner o. ä. sind von Vorteil
