About the role

  • Creative Director leading and elevating CertifID's brand in fintech and cybersecurity. Directing creative vision and execution across various media and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve CertifID’s visual identity and brand system across channels (web, social, campaigns, events, paid media, sales enablement). Ensure clarity, consistency, and distinctiveness.
  • Translate business and marketing goals into compelling creative strategies, concepts, and stories that differentiate CertifID in fintech/cybersecurity and real estate.
  • Partner with marketing to concept, storyboard, art direct, and ship launch campaigns and always-on programs with a consistent narrative from top-of-funnel through lifecycle.
  • Lead motion design and video from storyboard to delivery. Create or direct animation, title design, explainers, product-adjacent demos, and social-first short-form.
  • Oversee and contribute to the creation of high-quality visuals, presentations, sales collateral, event assets, and thought leadership content.
  • Maintain and expand brand guidelines, component libraries, and templates to scale creative quality and speed.
  • Run creative reviews and feedback loops that raise craft quality and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, execs, and product partners; proactively connect dots across the business to anticipate needs and opportunities.
  • Manage external creative partners and agencies when needed, including briefs, scopes, timelines, and quality control.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in brand/visual design or art direction within B2B SaaS, agency, or related fields (a blend of in-house and agency experience is a plus).
  • Portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaign storytelling, motion design, and cross-channel execution. **Please include link.**
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma; strong typography, layout, color, and composition.
  • Hands-on motion skills (After Effects or similar) and experience directing video and animation.
  • Experience crafting storyboards and managing production from concept through delivery.
  • Ability to connect creative strategy to business objectives, prioritizing impact and clarity.
  • Comfort presenting to executives and partnering across marketing, sales, and product.
  • Experience designing physical deliverables, including event booth graphics, large-format signage, and printed collateral.
  • Self-directed with strong organization, able to toggle between strategic direction and hands-on creation in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience managing agencies or freelancers and holding vendors to a high-quality bar.
