- Senior Technical Writer developing online technical documentation for US Military systems at Centurum. Requires extensive experience with XML and supervising content development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce interactive/online technical documentation.
- Supervise content development and integration efforts.
- Utilize XML authoring tool sets.
- Interpret operational/maintenance manuals and operational procedures for Navy Combat Weapon systems.
- Develop US Military Weapons Control System technical documentation products.
Requirements
- Must have five years (5) of experience developing and producing interactive/online technical documentation.
- Two (2) years demonstrated experience supervising content development and integration efforts.
- Two (2) years demonstrated experience using XML authoring tool sets.
- Experience using browser-based languages including Extensible Markup Language (XML), Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret operational/maintenance manuals and operational procedures for Navy Combat Weapon systems.
- Direct experience with development of US Military Weapons Control System technical documentation products.
- Education: Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
