Responsibilities
- Further development and expansion of resilience and emergency management in line with DORA
- Analysis of business-critical processes and development of measures to mitigate risks
- Planning, coordination and documentation of emergency drills and recovery tests
- Delivery of awareness and training measures and advising business units on business continuity and crisis management
- Close collaboration with IT Service Continuity Management, Risk Management and external partners
- In the event of an incident: coordination of the crisis team and ensuring seamless communication and decision-making capability
- Primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards in Business Continuity Management (especially in the banking environment)
- Experience in process analysis and in preparing policies, procedures and manuals
- Strong team and communication skills and a confident demeanour
- Excellent German and good English skills
