About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the complete lifecycle of training activities for the new Oracle Fusion implementation.
- Collaborate directly with business leaders, and lead key training initiatives.
- Review, refine, and deliver comprehensive training programs on software, processes, and systems.
- Partner with subject matter experts to draft and validate training documentation.
- Coach and mentor internal trainers on course development and effective facilitation techniques.
- Organize and lead informational sessions for user groups on system changes.
- Identify and monitor training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Design and develop blended learning solutions including e-learning modules.
Requirements
- Graduation from a recognized university in a related field (Education, Human Resources, Communications, etc.) or equivalent.
- Significant experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, preferably in a large-scale ERP implementation.
- Professional-level fluency in both French and English.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally as required for training delivery and project needs.
- Strong Assets: Experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Previous experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs).
- Possess a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles (Asset).
