Responsibilities
Support the complete lifecycle of training activities for the new Oracle Fusion implementation.
Collaborate directly with business leaders, and lead key training initiatives.
Review, refine, and deliver comprehensive training programs on software, processes, and systems.
Partner with subject matter experts to draft and validate training documentation.
Coach and mentor internal trainers on course development and effective facilitation techniques.
Organize and lead informational sessions for user groups on system changes.
Identify and monitor training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
Design and develop blended learning solutions including e-learning modules.
Requirements
Graduation from a recognized university in a related field (Education, Human Resources, Communications, etc.) or equivalent.
Significant experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, preferably in a large-scale ERP implementation.
Professional-level fluency in both French and English.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally as required for training delivery and project needs.
Strong Assets: Experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
Experience with Google Workspace.
Previous experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs).
Possess a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles (Asset).
