About the role
- Managing IT governance tasks, including contract management and incident analysis at Catupiry, the leading cheese brand in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Control the payment flow to IT vendors, ensuring compliance with deadlines and contracts;
- Support IT contract management, monitoring terms, renewals and SLAs;
- Assist in the Change Management process by logging, tracking and controlling requests;
- Support incident analysis, contributing to root cause identification and the development of corrective action plans;
- Create and manage system access in accordance with Information Security guidelines and internal policies;
- Contribute to updating documentation, controls and governance area indicators/KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development and/or Computer Networks;
- Experience with access management, ITIL and vendor/IT contract management;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (GLPI or similar);
- Knowledge of ERP systems (TOTVS or similar) is desirable.
