About the role
- Engineering Manager leading engineering teams to improve software productivity. Working within a PropTech company to develop applications using modern tech stack and agile methods.
Responsibilities
- Lead one of the engineering teams in developing software to improve productivity
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers & Scrum Master
- Plan, architect & develop applications within the team’s tech stack
- Build scalable, highly available, and reliable technical solutions
- Bring ideas to improve the product or developer experience
Requirements
- Experienced in people leadership and team management as a “playing coach”
- Hands-on with coding, proficient in backend and frontend
- Knowledge of Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Power user of AI-based tools such as GitHub Copilot
- Experience with cloud applications on AWS
- Ability to write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with very good English (>C1)
