About the role
- Electrical Engineer working on the electrical phases of wind and solar projects at Vensolair. Consulting and managing projects while collaborating with engineers and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Managing contractor consultations under public procurement procedures, analyzing and negotiating bids;
- Managing and overseeing electrical projects to meet schedule and budget: electrical sizing and compliance studies, planning, monitoring and coordination of contractors and their subcontractors;
- Medium-voltage (MV/HTA) substation package and its interfaces; technical follow-up for MV (HTA), low voltage (LV/BT), automation, telecommunications and industrial networks;
- Leading technical meetings, collaborating with suppliers and coordinating with the construction project manager;
- Managing interfaces with telecom providers, grid operators, aggregation services and electrical compliance;
- Preparing activity reporting;
- Providing technical support across all project phases (development, construction, operation);
- Participating in technological watch, innovation and continuous improvement of project performance.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (generalist) with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical engineering for medium-voltage (MV/HTA) systems, ideally on wind or solar projects;
- Possession of a valid driving license (category B);
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, initiative and ability to work effectively in a team.
