About the role

  • Financier leading administrative and financial responsibilities for multi-site projects at Vensolair. Ensuring financial reliability and operational continuity in renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the maintenance and reliability of general and analytical accounting
  • Supervise monthly, quarterly and annual closings (reporting within 2 days)
  • Participate in the preparation of financial statements in coordination with the external accountant and analyze financial statements
  • Act as the primary contact for external accountants, statutory auditors and financial partners
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and social obligations
  • Oversee intercompany flows and recharges
  • Manage and oversee operational cash management
  • Prepare and monitor cash forecasts (2-month rolling)
  • Secure financial flows and adhere to the established treasury procedure
  • Manage banking relationships
  • Implement and monitor cash pool accounts
  • Manage a team of 2 collaborators: 1 General Accountant and 1 Management Assistant primarily dedicated to treasury tasks
  • Organize, prioritize and secure task allocation
  • Support the upskilling of the Management Assistant on operational treasury and ensure operational continuity
  • Use and administer financial and accounting tools: Yooz, Suite Entreprise, Diapason, Zuora, Lucca…
  • Participate in the deployment of group-wide tools (e.g., Tagetik for group consolidation in coordination with the Group Finance Department)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial and accounting processes
  • Strengthen internal control
  • Contribute to cross-functional finance / structuring projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in finance, accounting and treasury
  • Experience in a multi-entity group is essential (experience in the Renewable Energy sector is a plus)
  • Soft skills: Leadership
  • Act as the subject-matter expert on accounting and treasury topics
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Rigour, reliability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
