Responsibilities
Lead long-range strategic planning processes, developing multi-year financial models that inform executive decision-making and board presentations.
Spearhead corporate development initiatives including M&A opportunity evaluation, partnership assessments, and capital raising activities
Present strategic financial analysis and recommendations directly to C-suite executives and board members, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Drive optimisation of unit economics across CreditorWatch's product lines, identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and contribution margins.
Own budgeting and forecasting processes, directly managing FP&A workstreams including revenue forecasting, expense planning, cash flow projections, and capital allocation scenarios with institutional-grade rigour.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives and board members, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters and business strategy.
Partner with business unit leaders to develop financial frameworks that support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, market expansion, and pricing strategy optimisation
Support fundraising and investor relations activities by developing compelling financial narratives and responding to due diligence requests from institutional investors and strategic partners.
Requirements
6+ years’ experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategy, or financial analysis
Understanding of SaaS business models and value drivers
Experience in high-growth tech, SaaS, fintech, or financial services
Exposure to AI-driven opportunities and applications
