About the role

  • Workday Technical Product Lead responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing HCM solutions globally for Carrier. Collaborate with HR Technology team and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class HR technology.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, transform and implement Workday HCM solutions globally
  • Gather requirements and consult on Core HCM capabilities
  • Provide Workday support including analysis and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate testing to ensure product functionality
  • Stay current with Workday and leading HCM technologies
  • Develop trusted relationships with business stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology
  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Modules
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently across different time zones
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks
