About the role
- Workday Technical Product Lead responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing HCM solutions globally for Carrier. Collaborate with HR Technology team and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class HR technology.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, transform and implement Workday HCM solutions globally
- Gather requirements and consult on Core HCM capabilities
- Provide Workday support including analysis and troubleshooting
- Coordinate testing to ensure product functionality
- Stay current with Workday and leading HCM technologies
- Develop trusted relationships with business stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Modules
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently across different time zones
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks
