About the role
- Product Owner HEMS responsible for driving product strategy and roadmap at Viessmann Climate Solutions. Collaborating with various teams to deliver user-oriented features and meet market needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision and strategy for our HEMS and play a key role in shaping its future features.
- Own the product roadmap and manage the ongoing development of our HEMS features.
- Define user requirements and ensure a clear, user-centered product definition.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver successful features to market on schedule.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify improvements and new product ideas.
- Develop concepts for monetization and the economic scaling of the HEMS.
Requirements
- Degree in Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in Home Energy Management and product management, and proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Polarion.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, with experience collaborating with UX/UI and technical development teams.
- Knowledge of energy markets and regulatory frameworks, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Team player who is collegial, inclusive, and self-motivated.
- Excellent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
